First and foremost, Berni Woods is a proud single mum to two high school kids, a wellness inspired educator and the founder of Trade My Way, a space that aids you in your health, fitness and wealth creation.

Berni has had a variety of businesses and diversified skills she’s collected over the years. She had shifted from personal training to gift boxes to distilling, and now she is driving herself to create a legacy for her family and other families wishing to escape the matrix.
