Laura Gutierrez is a physical therapist, former PR and marketing professional, and the founder of Natural Wellness Club and The Firefly Solutions. Her career began in physical therapy, where she gained a deep understanding of healing, resilience, and human connection.
She later transitioned into PR and destination marketing, representing U.S. destinations and managing communications for major tourism events, work that helped her ability to build community and communicate with purpose.
After years of working in both health and communications, she felt called to combine her skills in service of something more personal and transformative. This is how Natural Wellness Club was born, a platform where she curates clean beauty and conscious lifestyle recommendations for women seeking healthier, more sustainable choices.
Most recently, she began building The Firefly Solutions, a women’s health initiative focused on pelvic wellness, education, and empowering women to reclaim confidence in their bodies. Across everything she does, her mission is to guide and support others through moments of change, rebuilding, and rediscovery with empathy and authenticity.
