By using this site or purchasing any of the services provided by Defining Paths International (“Us”, “We”, “Our”), you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, so it is your responsibility to review the changes periodically.

Defining Paths International Privacy Policy:

We take your privacy seriously. It’s important that you read our privacy policy to find out how we use and store your data.

Our team of experts has served within some of the largest corporations, educational entities, organizations, and grassroots movements worldwide, bringing wisdom, integrity, and soul to every engagement in overseeing and implementing major change and transformation initiatives. By engaging with Defining Paths International, you acknowledge that:

You are entering into a relationship with a team of professionals who lead with integrity, spiritual discernment, and proven expertise.
You are not hiring us to execute your ideas; you are investing in a movement that exists to guide, build, and steward your mission with God’s philosophy at its core.
While we honor your purpose, you are expected to honor our process, our vision, and the sacred frameworks we have been entrusted to deliver.
Our role is not to validate every preference, but to speak truth in love, even when it challenges comfort or convention.
We are not obligated to accommodate requests that compromise the integrity, clarity, or divine alignment of our work.

We recognize that many have been misled, overcharged, or manipulated by systems that prey on desperation. In contrast, we offer truth with kindness, structure with soul, and strategy with spirit. This is not weakness, it is wisdom. And it must be received with the reverence it deserves.

Our Refund and Satisfaction (If you’re not happy, we’re not happy) policies:

Power Your Soul Pivot™ Experience Refund Policy:

If you made a full payment to the program and if for any reason you’re not ready to move forward before or during your first soul session, you can claim 75% your money back. No questions asked.

If you are paying monthly, you will not be eligible for a refund. You can however cancel at any time, and we will stop any further payments.

For any of our installment or monthly plans, there are no early repayment fees.

DP Consultancy & The ONE Project Refund Policy:

Once you made your investment, if for any reason you’re not ready to move forward before or during our first brainstorming session, you can claim 75% your money back. No questions asked. However, once the initiation phase (after the brainstorming call) has started, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If you are paying monthly, you will not be eligible for a refund. You can however cancel at any time, and we will stop any further payments.

For clients who pay upfront, once their project is completed, a handover of materials and credentials will be given and business will conclude. However with any installments or monthly contracts, all must be paid in full in order to recieve their handover and credentials. To keep fairness and grace, our pricing models reflect the level of scarfice we're willing to endure to help you achieve your goals, until that sacrifice is honored with full payment, we will handover all materals and credentials.

For any of our installment or monthly plans, there are no early repayment fees.

Project100 (OCT-DEC) Terms & Refund Policy:

Full purchases made between October 1st and November 11th will be eligible for Site Transformation delivery before Christmas Day. Purchases made after November 11th will be added to a first-come-first-serve shortlist, with projects beginning in the upcoming January month.

We may offer an option to reserve your place without committing to a full purchase. You may activate the Project Hold Option for a small fee. This is a non-refundable hold that secures your spot until the date specified on our Checkout page.

We may offer an option that heavily discounts the Project100 opportunity if you were to opt into our team membership package. We may offer different contract lengths year upon year, depending on demand and capacity. This is a limited option which will appear at any time for a short period within the Project100 window.

For any of our installment or monthly plans, there are no early repayment fees.

For clients for seek clarity, we offer complimentary consultations for Q&A which will be clearly shown within our options panel. Consults will be hosted via a video call and recorded for reference.

We reserve the right to refuse any client, whose mission and purpose doesn't serve the people but weaponizes them, during our intial brainstorming session. We are a movement built on the premise that we must all serve each other and advocate on bettering lives. The 75% refund clause will still apply to this situation. We recommend clients who are not sure to book a consultation before purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee

At DP, we don’t take your investment lightly. We know what it means for you to trust us and our expertise. But we will only work with you if you are fully committed to the success of your business.

If you are unstatisfied with the delivery, we pledge to work with you until you are fully satisfied. Within a 30-day window after delivery, we will do everything in our power to ensure that you are set up for success without any additional charge.

Your investment is not just an agreement business to business, but a heart-centered bond that continuously supports and feeds your family and ours.

This is our commitment, promise, and guarantee to you.

Disclaimer:

Please note that our mentorship and nurturing services are not to be used as a substitute for professional mental health care or therapy. You are responsible for creating and implementing your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing, decisions, choices, actions or inaction or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the mentor.

Our mentorship does not prevent, cure or treat any mental disorder or medical disease. It does not substitute professional advice made by legal, mental, medical or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters.

Although our experiences improve your mental health and your professional mindset, it is important to seek professional help, whether it be based on any traumas you have experienced or other conditions. If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, we would recommend that you inform your mental health care provider and may have to provide a referral letter on their behalf.

The mentor agrees to maintain the code of ethics and standards of behavior when conducting these soul nurturing sessions. We will ensure that the client is comfortable and safe.

The client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to the feedback and guidance provided and dedicate their time and energy to participate fully into the coaching session or program.

The client also agrees that their earning potential is reliant on how much they invest into themselves and their businesses and how much they implement the education we provide.

Prices & Payment Methods:

All payments are currently processed electronically via Stripe or PayPal. We accept major debit and credit cards.

We may offer Buy Now, Pay Later options (e.g., AfterPay, Klarna) and may expand these offerings to support financial accessibility.

Prices are subject to change. By purchasing, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Live or Virtual Events

If you purchased a ticket and wish to cancel your booking for an event, we’d appreciate you provide us with a 30-day notice prior to the event by contacting us through email. If it is less than 30 days, we unfortunately cannot provide any refunds.

We will not be held liable in the events of “Acts of God” such as extreme weather, health-related shutdowns, uncontrollable events or threats to public safety that lead to cancelling the event. In that case, we will also issue the attendees a credit towards our next event.

Should we encounter any technical issues with our virtual events, we will make sure that attendees get a recording of the event and a credit towards the next event they book. These credits can only be used for a limited time.

Privacy and Confidentiality Policy:

Defining Paths International LLC and its affiliates, partners, and collaborators are committed to safeguarding all sensitive, private, and confidential information shared before, during, and after engagement. This includes, but is not limited to, video-recorded sessions, voice calls, written correspondence via email, text, messaging platforms, and any other communication channels.

All information shall be held in reverence and treated with the utmost care, discretion, and integrity.

Both parties agree to the following terms:

Non-Disclosure and Limited Use
No private or confidential information shall be disclosed, reproduced, distributed, or used for any purpose outside the scope of fulfilling obligations under this agreement, unless:
(a) prior written consent is explicitly granted by the disclosing party;
(b) disclosure is reasonably necessary for the resolution of a dispute between the parties or in connection with a formal mediation, arbitration, or legal proceeding arising from this agreement; or
(c) disclosure is legally required by subpoena, court order, or other binding legal process. In such cases, the disclosing party shall be notified promptly, unless such notice is legally prohibited.

Ongoing Confidentiality
The duty of confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiration of services and remain in effect indefinitely.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary Protection
Each party agrees to honor and protect the other’s intellectual property, proprietary frameworks, sacred systems, ceremonial language, rituals, onboarding processes, and sensitive client data.
Use of Feedback and Testimonials
Anonymized feedback or testimonials may be used for marketing or promotional purposes only with the client’s prior written consent. No identifying details shall be shared without explicit permission.

Digital Safeguards and Data Handling:

Secure Storage and Access
All digital records, including session recordings, documents, and correspondence, are stored using encrypted systems and secure cloud platforms with restricted access. Only authorized personnel directly involved in service delivery may access such data.
Third-Party Platforms
Communication and service delivery may involve third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, email providers, scheduling tools). While we select platforms with strong privacy and security standards, each platform operates under its own privacy policy. Clients are encouraged to review these policies independently.
Data Minimization and Retention
Only essential data is collected and retained for the duration necessary to fulfill service obligations, legal requirements, or mutual agreements. Upon request, clients may receive a summary of stored data or request deletion of non-essential records.
Consent for Recording
All video or audio recordings are conducted with prior consent. Clients may opt out of recording at any time, and recordings will never be shared or used beyond service delivery without explicit written permission or legal obligation.

Client responsibility:

Our programs are designed for transformation, education, and empowerment. You are responsible for your own progress, implementation, and results.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial success, or business growth. Results vary based on your commitment, effort, and alignment with our teachings.

We are not liable for errors, omissions, or misinterpretations of our materials. You agree to use our services ethically and in accordance with your local laws.

Grace Contracts

Grace Contracts are sacred agreements extended by Defining Paths International to select individuals based on divine discernment, soul connection, and our commitment to financial inclusion. These contracts are not publicly available and are offered only to those we choose to support through our own sacrifice and generosity.

By accepting a Grace Contract and making the first payment, the recipient agrees to the following terms:

The full contract amount is payable in full via the agreed monthly installments.
There are no penalties for early repayment, but the full balance remains due regardless of payment schedule.
Standard refund policies do not apply to Grace Contracts. These agreements are acts of goodwill, not commercial discounts.
The recipient acknowledges the depth of trust, love, and labor invested by Defining Paths International and commits to honoring the full financial and spiritual responsibility of the contract.

Grace Contracts are a reflection of our mission to uplift those who may not have capital but carry purpose. They are not to be taken lightly, exploited, or compared to conventional payment plans. We ask that recipients walk this path with reverence, accountability, and gratitude.

Partner Commissions

We honor those who share our mission and refer others to Defining Paths International. If you refer a client who proceeds with a project and passes the refund eligibility window, we will honor your commission as agreed.

To protect the integrity of our movement and prevent misuse:

Commissions are only issued once the referred client has completed the refund window and confirmed their commitment to the project.
We reserve the right to withhold commissions if the referral is found to be fraudulent, exploitative, or misaligned with our values.
We appreciate your understanding that our grace must be protected, and our mission must remain uncompromised.

Partner commissions are a token of our appreciation not just for marketing, but for soul-aligned advocacy. We thank you for walking with us in truth, discernment, and legacy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of U.S. courts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Warranty:

We do not offer warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our services. All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees of results or outcomes.

Changes to Terms and Conditions:

We reserve the right to change or update the Terms and Conditions at any time. If there are any major changes, we will notify you either by email or by a notice on our website.
